GS1 is an international not-for-profit association dedicated to the development and implementation of global standards and solutions to improve the efficiency and visibility of supply and demand chains globally and across multiple sectors. EPCglobal is leading the development of industry-driven standards for the Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) to support the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in today’s fast-moving, information rich, trading networks.
In 2004 a new protocol, the Class 1 Generation 2 interface was created. This EPC Gen2 standard was approved in December 2004 and with minor modifications adopted in 2006 as ISO 18000-6C.

Quality

Cybernetics provide a guarantee for the supplied RFID transponders. Any non functioning transponder, supplied by Cybernetics, will be replaced at no cost. Claims have to be made within 14 days after date of original delivery by returning the faulty transponders. Cybernetics is entitled to test these faulty transponders in its (Dutch) RFID laboratory.

Terms & Conditions

Whilst the Company will use reasonable endeavors to comply with any delivery date specified by the Customer and agreed or offered by the Company, time is not the essence of a sales contract and the Company shall not be liable for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing any part of obligations under any contract.

The goods the subject of a sales contract shall remain the Company’s property until the Customer has paid in full.
