Our prices are updated monthly to offer you the best possible price. Product pricing given are valid for 10 working days unless specified differently in writing.
Cybernetics remains the right to alter pricing without prior notice due to Exchange rate fluctuations

Quality

Cybernetics provide a guarantee for the supplied RFID transponders. Any non functioning transponder, supplied by Cybernetics, will be replaced at no cost. Claims have to be made within 14 days after date of original delivery by returning the faulty transponders. Cybernetics is entitled to test these faulty transponders in its (Dutch) RFID laboratory.

Terms & Conditions

Whilst the Company will use reasonable endeavors to comply with any delivery date specified by the Customer and agreed or offered by the Company, time is not the essence of a sales contract and the Company shall not be liable for any delay or for the consequences of any delay in performing any part of obligations under any contract.

The goods the subject of a sales contract shall remain the Company’s property until the Customer has paid in full.
